water and milk. Trying to eat less junk food is healthier for your body
too. Too many candy bars and potato chips can ROT
OUT YOUR TEETH and make you sick. When you choose to eat good food
you’ll grow stronger, feel better and have lots of energy to do
the exciting things you want to do.
